Innerpeace has been making the finest massage table linens since 1989. In 1988 Cathy, enrolled in the Still Point School of massage therapy. When Cathy went to her first clinic she felt the twin size flannel "Superman" + "Ninja Turtle" sheets that she had been using in class did not quite meet a professional's needs.

So, having been a sewer since she was 12, she made her own out of 100% Flannel cotton. They worked perfectly and she fell in love with them as did the rest of her class. Her classmates asked her to make them each a set to use. Innerpeace was born.

Later one of her instructors asked her to make a one size fits all head rest cover that fit both the 3 pad set and the crescent head rest and our Drape Face Cradle cover was born. It is still a favorite amongst therapists.

Soon after, Sadhana Tables, and Bancroft School of Massage Therapy started to get their sheets from us and the beginning of our wholesale business was born.

In the very early days Cathy did the cutting, sewing, advertising, and carting sheets all over the countryside. All while maintaining a full time Massage Practice.
In 1990, Cathy's husband John joined Cathy after leaving his management position at Digital Equipment Corp. Together they have been working side by side, both working full time at Innerpeace.

Massage has been a large part of their family's lives. Their son was a full time practicing Neuromuscular Therapist with a practice near Boston, and now is working full time as an RN.

Now, 16 years later, they have a warehouse, a network of 8 home sewers, are still happily married, and are now first time grandparents!
